Pasta Bow Ties with Spinach and Bacon

Ingredients
- 1 pkg (12 oz) bow tie pasta uncooked
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 oz bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water.
2. Heat oil and garlic in large skillet on medium heat 1 minute. Increase heat to medium-high, add spinach, wine and reserved 1/2 cup cooking water. Cook and stir until thoroughly heated.
3. Ross pasta and cheese with spinach mixture; sprinkle with bacon. Season with pepper to taste.
