Slow Cooker Bacon & Corn Chowder

Ingredients

12 medium white mushrooms, stems removed
1 jalapeno, halved and seeded, thinly sliced
8 slices bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Stuff mushrooms with jalapeno slices. Wrap each stuffed mushroom in 1/2 slice bacon and skewer. Grill over medium to low heat until bacon is crisp, about 8 mins.
