Ingredients

    Cups flour

    Tablespoon Baking Powder

  • ½

    teaspoon Salt

  • 250

    grams Butter

  • 2

    Cups White Sugar

  • 4

    Eggs

  • 45

    ml Lemon Juice

  • ½

    teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 250

    ml Milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 160C/140C FF Zest & juice lemons Sift flour, baking powder & salt Cream butter and sugar 3 - 5 mins Add eggs 1 at a time, mix well between additions Add zest, juice & vanilla Add dry ingredients in 3 batches, alternating with milk. Bake: Cupcakes 20 - 24 mins
