Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh spinach
  • 12 slices cooked bacon - then crumbled
  • 4 hard cooked egges
  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 10 oz package tiny peas- frozen
  • 1 red onion
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushroomss slice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 cups miracle whip
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated swiss cheese

Step 1

Put spinach in bottome of 11 x 14 pan.
Layer bacon, hard boiled eggs and break romaine lettuce for the next layer. Place mushrooms on next.
Blend the mayo and sour cream together and cover the top with this mixture.Sprinkle the salt and peper and sugar on the top opf the mushrooms. Last layer is peas and then add swiss cheese and cover tightly with saran wrap. Store in refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
