- 2 lbs. halved new potatoes
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 tablespoons dill

Step 1
Heat oven to 450 degrees. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss the potatoes and lemon with oil and salt. Roast tossing once, 25-35 minutes. Toss with dill before serving.
