Shrimp or Scallops in Bacon

  • 1 lb. shrimp OR scallops
  • 1 lb. bacon



Step 1

Remove the shells and de-vein shrimp. Cut bacon strips into thirds. Wrap a piece of the bacon around the shrimp/scallop and place on a baking pan (cookie sheet). You can place a toothpick in each piece to hold the bacon, but may not be necessary. Broil in oven until seafood is cooked and bacon is crisp. Serve hot!
