Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs boned sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. chopped thyme (1/2 dried)
- 4 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 Tbs. butter
- 6 c. sliced onions
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3 Tbs. flour
- 3 c. water
- 1 c. dry white wine
- 16 oz. can chicken broth
- 10 1/2 oz. can beef broth
- 1 Tbs. worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 c. cooked soba noodles
- 2 c. garlic flavored croutons
- 1/2 c. shredded Gruyere cheese

Preparation
Step 1
combine 1st 5 ingredients in bag 1-4 hrs.
melt butter in dutch oven over med
add onions and sugar, cook 10 min.
stir in flour, cook 2 min.
add water, wine, broths, whisk
boil, partially covered, reduce heat, simmer 20 min.
add beef mix, worch., pepper, salt, cook 5 min.
put noodles in 6 bowls, top with beef, croutons, cheese
