Strawberry Spinach Salad

Ingredients

• Dressing:
• Juice of one lemon
• 2 Tbsp red vinegar
• 1/3-1/2 cup splenda
• 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
• Salad
• 1/4 cup sliced almonds(may be toasted)
• 8 0z (1/1/2 cups strawberries) hulled and quartered
• 1/2 medium cucumber, cut in half amd slice
• 1/4 small onion, sliced thin
• 1 6 0z baby spinach

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dressing
Mix salad ingredients and toss with dressing right before serving.
