Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Ingredients
- 3 lbs of Medium Sized Potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup of Chopped Cooked Ham
- 1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 Cup of Water
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the Potatoes, Onion, Cheese, and Ham in a slow cooker. Stir together Soup, and Water in a small bowl until well blended, pour over potato mixture. Cook on High in slow cooker for 4 hours or until potatoes are tender. Stir and serve.
