Easy Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

  • 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 pounds red potatoes, thinky sliced (about 12 cups)
  • 1 package (6 oz) smoked ham (Oscar Mayer) chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x13 baking dish. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and chicken broth in large bowl until well blended. Add potatoes, ham, peas and 1 3/4 cup cheese; stir gently to coat all ingredients. Spoon into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Bake 1 hour or until heated through and potatoes are tender.
