Wet Coconut Cake (Nancy Creighton)

  • Yellow Cake Mix Baked as Directed in a 9x13 inch pan.
  • 1 can eagle brand condensed milk and 1 can cream of coconut milk (you can find it with the drink mixes at the grocery store).
  • After Cake is baked, punch full of holes (wooden spoon works well). Mix together the two milks and pour over cake. Refrigerate until cool.
  • Top with a large carton of cool whip. Sprinkle with 1 - 12 oz. package of frozen coconut.



Step 1

Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
