strawberry chocolate short cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg Pillsbury family size milk chocolate brownie mix
• 1/2 cup Crisco pure vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup water
• 2 large eggs
• ice cream
• 10 maraschino cherry's
• strawberries
• hot fudge or caramel topping

Preparation

Step 1

prepare brownie mix batter according to package directions using oil,water and eggs.bake in a 13x9 inch baking pan on wire rack.

cut cooled brownies into 20 squares.place 10 brownies on individual serving plates.top evenly with ice cream,strawberries and remaining brownies.

heat fudge topping according to label instructions.drizzle over short cakes.
garnish with whipped topping and maraschino cherry's
makes: 10 servings
