Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fine, dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup scallions
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 T fresh, flat leaf parsley, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Combine breadcrumbs and milk in bowl and let soak 10 minutes. Mix all other ingredients in bowl, stir in breadcrumb mix and form into 1 1/2 inch balls. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
