Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients

• 1/4 c margarine
• 1/2 c vegetable oil
• 1 &1/2 c white sugar
• 1/2 c sour milk
• 2 c grated zucchini
• 1/4 c chocolate chips
• 5 T cocoa
• 1/2 t cinnamon
• 1/2 t baking powder
• 1 t soda
• 3 eggs
• 2 1/2 c flour

Preparation

Step 1

cream margarine, oil and eggs. Add vanilla, sour milk and soda. Mix into milk, beat well, add rest of dry ingredients., Add zucchini. Put into 9 x 13 pan por4 make muffins. sprinnkle with chocolate chips, bake at 350 fror 40 to 45 minutes. less for muffins
