Ingredients
- 1 tub of chive and onion cream cheese spread
- 2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 10 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled and divided
- 4 1/2 lb potatoes, sliced into 1/4 inch slices
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack and colby cheese

Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 400
cook cream cheese spreadf, broth and milk in saucepan on medium heat until cream cheese in melted nad mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly with whisk.
reserve 2 tbsp. bacon. layer half each of potatoes, onions and remaining bacon in a 13x9x2 baking pan; repeat layers. add cream cream cheese sauce; cover
bake 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown. uncover and top with shredded sheese and reserved bacon in the last 10 minutes
