chocolate zucchini cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg pudding included devils food cake mix
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp cloves
• 2 cups shredded unpeeled zucchini
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 1/2 cup oil
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

13x9 inch pan 350 degr for 35 to 45 min
blend cake mis cinn cloves zucchini buttermilk oil and eggs
pour into prepared pan sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips



to sub for buttermilk use 1/1/2 tsp vinegar or lemon juice plus milk to make 1/2 cup
