Scalloped Apples

Ingredients
- 10 cups sliced and peeled tart apples ( 8 medium)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- ½ to 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp butter, cubed

Preparation
Step 1
Place apples in a 2 qt microwave safe bowl that has a lid. Add the sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well. Dot with the butter and cover. Microwave on high for 10 minutes or until all apples are tender, stir every 5 minutes.
