Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped rhubarb
- 3 cups sliced strawberries
- 2/3 cup sugar

Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan bring rhubarb, strawberries 1 3/4 cup water and sugar to boil, reduce heat and simmer until fruit falls apart about 20 minutes
Remove from heat, let cool. Strain through fine sieve pressing down on solids to extract liquid, discard solids. freeze until solid, 6-8 hours or overnight
