- Icing:
- Yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 can mandarin oranges (with juice)
- Medium Cool Whip
- Instant vanilla pudding
- Large crushed pineapple (drained)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cake, eggs, oil and mandarin oranges. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes.
Mix icing ingredients and ice cooled cake.
