Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- dash Worchester sauce
- 3 tbsp fresh or dried dill
- salt & pepper to taste
- Salmon filets
- salt & pepper
- olive oil

Step 1
Finely grate seedless cucumber. Press through strainer to extract as much water as possible. Mix cucumber with mayo, sour cream, Worchester sauce, salt & pepper. Refrigerate to thicken. Light some scented candles before you start frying the fish. Open all the windows. Sautee seasoned salmon filets in olive oil, skin side down first, until nice and crispy. Light some incense when you realize the candles don’t work. Serve with grated pickled ginger & cucumber dill sauce. Enjoy. Salmon is so healthy it’s worth the odor. (Now try baking something yummy, like brownies, to get rid of the smell.)
