Ingredients
- Citrus Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1 tsp grated orange zest
- 2 tbls freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbls freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Spinach Salad
- 1 10oz bag of spinach (about 6 cups)
- 2 oranges, cut into segments
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 Parmesan Frico (per person)
- Parmesan Frico
- 1 tbls grated parm (per crisp)
- freshly ground pepper
- 375 degrees
- 10 minutes

Step 1
Parmesan Frico - spoon on parchment paper bake for 10 minutes on 375 degrees.
