Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 C loosely packed cilantro leaves roughly chopped
• 1/2 C plain greek yogurt
• 2 T fresh lime juice
• 1 garlic clove
• 1/4 C EVOO
• 1 1/2 t white vinegar
• 1/8 t salt

Preparation

Step 1

Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, adjust seasonings as needed.
