Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp. orange marmalade
  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Filling
  • 3 cups orange sherbet, softened
  • 3 cups frozen nonfat vanilla yogurt, softened
  • Topping
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries if desired

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 350. Spray 9 inch pie pan with Pam.
2. In small saucepan over low heat, melt butter and orange marmalade, whisk till smooth and remove from heat. Add graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon, mix well. Press crumbs in bottom and sides of prepared pie pan.
3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned, cool
4.In medium bowl, fold orange sherbet together until combined. Spoon into cooled pie crust.
5. freeze 1-1/2 hours or until firm. Can be made a day ahead
6. Remove from freezer 10 -15 minutes prior to serving. Garnish with blueberries if desired

NOTE: 210 Calories per serving. Kim's favorite. Great for summer parties
