  • 1 pkg bacon (12 oz)
  • 1/2 lb medium-sized sea scallops (about 20)
  • toothpicks
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1 T honey

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Wrap each scallop with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place seam side down on Fantasia Bake 'n Serve Tray. Mix soy sauce and honey together and lightly drizzle over scallops. Place in center of oven and bake until bacon is golden and scallops are done, about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
