Ingredients
- 3 slices of bacon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoon old bay seafood spice
- 2 teaspons lemon zest
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced red pepper
- 1/3 cup sherry
- 1 cup corn
- 3 cups lobster

Preparation
Step 1
Sautee bacon. Remove from pan. Melt butter. Saute celery, red pepper and garlic until soft. Add Old Bay spice, salt,and flour. Cook for a minute. Add lemon zest. Add heavy cream and milk. Cook stirring constantly until bubbly and thickened. Add sherry and mix well. Stir in bacon and corn. Stir in lobster. Put into small casserole and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Serve with crackers.
