  • ! cup frozen Mango (21 gms CHO)
  • 1 cup frozen peaches (18 gms CHO)
  • 1 cup unflovored greek yogurt (7 gms CHO, 22 gms protein)
  • 3/4 cup milk (9 gms CHO, 8 gms protein)
  • Or enough to make it blend in your blender
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp Splenda Brown sugar (4 gms CHO)

Blend until thick and smooth, Might have to stop often and stir and even add a little more milk to make it blend.
