Cabbage Soup Diet - Seven Day Plan
Basic fat burning soup. The soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry. Eat as much as you want, whenever you want. This soup will not add calories. The more you eat the more you will lose. Fill thermos in the morning to take with you if you will be away during the day. The Cabbage Soup Diet WORKS and helps you lose weight fast. - 6 large green onions
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1 or 2 cans of tomatoes, diced or whole
- 3 carrots, diced
- 1 container (10-ounce) mushrooms, sliced
- 1 bunch of celery, diced
- Half a head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 package of Lipton spice only soup mix
- 1 or 2 cubes of bouillon, optional
- 1 (48-ounce) can Low Sodium V8 juice, optional
- Season to taste with pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder, etc.
Preparation time 20mins
Cooking time 140mins
Slice green onions, put in a pan on medium heat. Lightly spray with cooking spray as you start to sauté. Do this until the onions are almost clear in color (about 4-6 minutes). Add green peppers, celery, carrots, mushrooms and tomatoes.
Season with Lipton spice only soup mix and add 12 cups of water (or 8 cups and the 48 oz of Low Sodium V8 juice). Cover and put heat on low.
Let soup simmer for about 2 hours or until vegetables are tender
If you would like a spicy soup, add a small amount of curry or cayenne pepper now.
