Strawberry Spinach Salad

Ingredients

• 9 c. fresh spinach, torn in bite size pieces
• 1 pint fresh strawberries, halved
• 1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
• 1/4 c. oil
• 2 Tblsp. sugar
• 2 Tblsp. cider vinegar
• 1 Tblsp. chopped onion
• 1 tsp. poppy seeds
• 1 tsp. sesame seeds
• 1/4 tsp. paprika
• 1/8 tsp. W sauce

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries and almonds. Place all other ingredients in blender and process until combined. Pour over salad and toss salad to coat. Serve immediately.
