Asparagus & Peppers with Roasted Chicken

  • 6 - 8 oz roasted chicken
  • 1 red pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 green pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 bunch of asparagus spears, chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry or cherub tomatoes
  • 2 t. autumn spice
  • Pinch of sea salt and pepper



Step 1

Mix veggies and spices and steam for about 5-7 minutes. Add roasted chicken and serve.
