Ingredients
- +/- 2 1/2 lbs red potatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons Canola Oil or Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Place potatoes in a 13x9x2 pan. Combine remaining ingredients - drizzle over potatoes. Stir until potatoes are thoroughly coated.
Bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are lightly browned.
NOTE: last time, I cooked this at 450 for about 45 mins, maybe made it a little crispier?
