Salmon with Tomatoes, Spinach and Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillet (1 lb)
  • 2 cups chopped fresh spinach (I usually add more than this)
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/3 cup Kraft Sun - Dried tomato Dressing
  • (I have also used Kraft Tuscan House Italian)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375
Spray pan with Pam.
Place fish fillets, skin side down in 13x9 inch pan.
Combine remaining ingredients ; spoon over fish.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
