Chicken and Zucchini Stir Fry

Ingredients

• 1 lb chicken breast
• 2 garlic cloves minced
• 2 pinches of chili powder
• Very small amount of syrup
• Salt and pepper
• 3 cups sliced zucchini
• 1 chopped tomato
• 4 tsp soy salt
• Scallions

Preparation

Step 1

Slice chicken and sear in hot pan
Add zucchini and cook
Add garlic and tomatoes
Season
Add chilli
Pour soy sauce and syrup sit for 3 minutes
Add green onions at very end
