Ingredients
- 2 (9oz) pkgs refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 3 T butter
- 1 T EVOO
- 2 c cut (2 in pieces) fresh asparagus
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/8 t pepper
- 2 t chopped chives
- 1 t minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 t chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 t grated lemon peel
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2/3 c crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook tortellini according to pkg directions. In Lg skillet heat butter & oil over med high heat. Add asparagus; cook & stir 3-4 min until crisp tender. Add garlic & pepper; cook 1 min longer.
Remove from heat; stir in herbs, lemon peel & lemon juice. Drain tortellini; transfer to Lg bowl. Stir in cheeses & asparagus mixture.
