Ingredients
- Broccoli Cheese
- 4-5 cups chopped broccoli or cauliflower
- 1 onion diced
- 8 oz. cubed Velveeta
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 qt. half and half or milk
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- Potato Cheese
- 2-1/2 cups potato peeled and cubed
- 1 cup celery

Preparation
Step 1
Cover vegetables with water and simmer until just done.
Melt butter add flour, blend until smooth, add milt and salt, cook until thick and smooth, add Velveeta mix until smooth. Drain vegetables reserving some liquid, add to cheese mixture and season to taste. Can add sliced cooked bacon if desired.
