  • 1-1/2 lb. red potatoes (about 4), quartered
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1) COOK potatoes in large saucepan of boiling water 20 min. or until tender; drain.

2) MASH potatoes. Add sour cream, bacon, garlic powder, salt and pepper; beat until fluffy.

3) STIR in cheese.
