Slow Cooker Potato and Corn Chowder

  • 24 oz red potato, diced
  • 16 oz pkg frozen corn
  • 3 T flour
  • 6 c chicken stock
  • 1 t thyme
  • 1 t oregano
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 1/2 t onion powder
  • kosher salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 T unsalted butter
  • 1/4 c heavy cream

Step 1

Place potatoes and corn into a slow cooker. Stir in flour and gently toss to combine. Stir in chicken stock, and spices.
Cover and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours. Stir in butter and heavy cream. Serve immediately.
