Ingredients
- 6-8 large red potatoes (cut into lengthwise quarters-8 wedges)
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon season salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grab a large baking sheet with edges and line with aluminum foil. Pour olive oil on top of foil and spread.
Combine all the dry ingredients into a gallon sized bag. Adding a few potatoes at a time, shake to coat well. Place the coated potatoes onto the prepared pan. Bake for about 20 minutes and then pull out and flip them over so that both sides get brown and crispy. Bake an additional 20 minutes. Sprinkle with additional salt if desired.
