Ingredients
- 1 Can (16 ounces) solid pack pumpkin
- 1 Can (12 ounces) evaporated skim milk
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 9-inch diameter pie shell unbaked

Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 425 degrees F. 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees F. and bake 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
