Harrigan's Prime Rib Soup

- 4 cups water
- 4 tsp Kitchen Bouquet
- 4 tsp beef bouillon granules or 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups prime rib roast chopped
- 1/2 cup mushrooms coarsely chopped
Cook prime rib until done.
Pour any drippings into saucepan. Add water, Kitchen Bouquet, and beef boullion. Heat.
Add sour cream and chopped prime rib roast and mushrooms. Heat**SLOWLY**. Do not boil. Serve and enjoy!
