Ingredients
- For Apricot Syrup:
- 1 pint fresh (or frozen)blueberries
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup unbleached flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1-1/4 cup soy milk
- 5 fresh apricots, pitted
- 1/2 cup organic sugar
- 1/2 cup spring water
- pinch of cardamom
- For Blueberry Syrup:
- 2 cups fresh (or frozen) blueberries
- 1/2 cup organic sugar
- 1/4 cup spring water
- pinch of cinnamon

Step 1
Pancakes:Add all ingredients into blender. Blend on high, using tamper as need. Serve or place in freezer.
