Ingredients

  • 3 cans (15 ounces each) solid packed pumpkin
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp grated lemon peel
  • 3 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 3/4 tsp ground ginger

Step 1

1. In a large saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

2. Cool. Spoon into jars. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
