Black Garlic Linguine

  • 1 Pkg Dry Linguine
  • 1 Bulb Black Garlic, cloves sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Garlic Oil
  • 1 C. Chopped Fresh Herbs; Chives, Parsley & Basil
  • Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Red Mild Chilli, slivered (optional)



Step 1

Cook linguine in boiling, salted water till al dente. Once cooked drain thoroughly; set aside. Heat garlic oil in same pot. Add black garlic, herbs & chilli (if using); stir. Quickly toss in the linguine & stir. Season with salt & freshly ground black pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. Garnish with afew whole basil leaves & serve.
