- 3 cups cubed peeled cantaloupe
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- Lime slices (optional)

Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl, and toss gently. Cover and chill. Garnish compote with lime slices, if desired.
