Miso Orange Marinade or Salad Dressing

  • 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 Tbsp miso paste
  • 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp rinely grated orange rind
  • 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1 large clove garlice, minced
  • 2 Tbsp fresh chives



Step 1

Whisk all ingredients together to combine. Cover and refrigerate for up to 4 days. Pour marinade over steaks such as flat iron, tri tip or flank. Marinate for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
