Onion Mashed Potatoes

• 6 Medium Potatoes, peeled and cut up
• Water
• 1 Envelope Liptons Onion Soup Mix
• 1/2 C Milk
• 1/2 C Butter

Preparation

Step 1

In 4 quart saucepan, cover potatoes with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 20 minutes or until very tender; drain. Mash potatoes; stir in remaining ingredients.
