Asian Tilapia

  • 4 ea Talipia fillets, thawed
  • 1 can Crushed pineapple (8oz)
  • 2 Tbs Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbs Green onions, chopped


Servings 1


Step 1

Place fish fillets in a 8x8 inch microwavable baking dish.

In a small bowl combine the pineapple, soy sauce and green onion.

Pour over fish and cover dish with saran wrap, venting one corner.

Microwave on high 6-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
