- 5 small/medium zucchinis
- 1/2 cup of rice (washed and not cooked)
- 0.25 lb of ground beef
- 7 spices pepper
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- Unsweetened greek yogurt.

Hollow the zucchinis and make sure you don't break them. You should keep the bottom and not hollow it or cut it.
In a separate bowl, mix the beef, rice and the spices.
Fill the zucchinis 3/4 way up with the stuffing.
Line the zucchinis in a cooking pot and fill it with water till it covers them.
Cook them for 30 minutes until the zucchinis are soft.
Add 1 cup of tomato sauce and let it boil for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with a cup of unsweetened greek yogurt.
