  • CHICKEN SALAD:

    cups diced cooked chicken

    cup chopped celery

  • 1/2

    cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2

    cup sour cream

    cups seedless white grapes

    teaspoon salt

  • 1/2

    teaspoon freshly-ground pepper

    cup salted toasted pecans chopped

  • CRANBERRY VINAIGRETTE:

  • 3/4

    cup olive oil

  • 1/4

    cup red wine vinegar

  • 1

    teaspoon salt

  • 1

    teaspoon sugar

  • 1/2

    teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper

  • 1/2

    teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4

    teaspoon dry mustard

    cup whole cranberry sauce

Directions
