Blackberry Jello Mold

Ingredients

• 1 package blackberry jello, large
• 2 cups water
• 1 pint vanilla ice cream
• 1 sour cream, small carton
• 1 package frozen strawberries, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Blend in ice cream and sour cream. Put into blender to mix together. Add strawberries.

Pour into 1 1/2 quart sized mold and set in refrigerator until firm. You can make it the night before

Alternate- You may use strawberry or cherry jello
