Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 oz)
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1

In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. In a bowl, combine the soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. In an ungreased 11 x 7 x2 baking dish, layher half of the potatoes, soup mixture and sausage; repeat layers.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees F fpr 1.5 hrs or until potatoes are tender. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 mins. longer or until cheese is melted
